The historic, spacious WCC Club House is available to rent - for members in good standing - at an affordable rate of just $150.00 a day. Where else will you find an event space like this at such a generous price? It's just one of the many benefits of home ownership within the WCC. Your rental includes a spacious porch area for seating, a cozy dining area, a large dining/serving area, a full kitchen with 2 stoves, a bar area with refrigerators, a large yard area, an outdoor picnic area with a fire pit, and plenty of parking for you and your guests.

Rental season runs from after the first meeting in May until the end of September.

Rentals are available on Meeting days, but there are restrictions on times of availability. Meeting dates this year are May 13th, June 10th, July 8th, August 12th, and September 9th.

Note: Property owners in good standing will given 2 opportunities to rent every season. Once a rental date is confirmed by the board, the renter will be required to present 2 separate checks (one for the rental fee and the other for the security deposit) in-person at the monthly board meeting that precedes the rental date. The WCC Board also reserves the right to deny rentals based on past rental experiences and/or the type of event proposed to be hosted.
